These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 28phjoy ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 28phjoy.app. These Terms apply to all services provided by 28phjoy, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, online bingo, mines, and all associated promotional offers.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person.

Security Obligations

You agree to notify 28phjoy customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, if your login credentials have been compromised, or if you detect any suspicious activity on your account. 28phjoy will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members or friends. Each player must maintain their own individual account. One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 28phjoy platform at any given time. If 28phjoy identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed without prior notice, and any balances — including bonus funds and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited. Players found to have operated duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing responsible gaming restrictions will be permanently banned from the platform.

Deposits

All funds deposited into your 28phjoy account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards belonging to others, or payment methods linked to another person's identity are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your 28phjoy account.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• 28phjoy targets a processing time of under three (3) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 28phjoy contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain low-volatility slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without compensation.

28phjoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by players actively participating in that promotion at the time of modification.

All games available on the 28phjoy platform — including JILI slots, live baccarat, roulette, sicbo, online bingo, mines, and the sports betting book — operate according to their respective published game rules. By participating in any game on 28phjoy, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that game type.

RNG Certification

All slot games and RNG-based games (including mines and crash-style formats) on 28phjoy use certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently tested to confirm statistical fairness and compliance with recognized gaming standards. 28phjoy does not alter, influence, or manipulate game outcomes.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on 28phjoy are operated by licensed third-party studios and streamed in real time. The outcome of each live game hand or round is determined by actual physical game events (card shuffles, ball draws, dice rolls) conducted on camera. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the outcome as recorded by the studio system, which shall be final.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 28phjoy — covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, sabong, and other events — are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or league. In-play bets are accepted at the platform's current live odds and are subject to suspension if significant market movements occur. 28phjoy reserves the right to void any bet placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or where the result cannot be officially confirmed.

Disconnection Policy

In the event of an internet disconnection while a game round is in progress, any game already commenced and for which a wager has been accepted will be settled according to the outcome recorded by the game server at the time of disconnection. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection while using the 28phjoy platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 28phjoy platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds, pending withdrawals, and bonus balances:

• Registering more than one account on 28phjoy, whether using your own identity or that of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to interact with games, claim bonuses, or perform actions on the platform that would not be possible through manual play.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 28phjoy staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

All content on the 28phjoy platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, logos, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, and software — is the intellectual property of 28phjoy or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 28phjoy platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 28phjoy platform.

Game content available through 28phjoy — including JILI titles and games from other third-party providers — is licenced to 28phjoy for distribution and remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers. Any unauthorised reproduction or redistribution of game assets is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 28phjoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or service interruption.

28phjoy provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 28phjoy makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

28phjoy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, regulatory actions, power outages, or telecommunications network disruptions affecting Philippine internet service providers.

In any case where 28phjoy is found liable, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 28phjoy account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

28phjoy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on 28phjoy, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 28phjoy — including identification documents submitted for KYC, payment method details, transaction history, and gaming activity records — is retained for the periods required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. This data is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of customer support services.

28phjoy does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and game content providers where technically necessary for game delivery. All third-party data processors engaged by 28phjoy are bound by contractual data protection obligations consistent with applicable Philippine data privacy requirements under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

28phjoy takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously as both an ethical commitment and a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR guidelines. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 28phjoy players at no cost and with immediate effect upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account through account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before activation.

28phjoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, identity fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform to process funds of criminal origin.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 28phjoy account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method following standard KYC checks. Bonus funds and wagering bonuses that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. 28phjoy may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as notified in account communications. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact customer support. Any remaining balance after dormancy fee deductions will remain accessible to the verified account holder upon reactivation.

28phjoy aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 28phjoy service — including a disputed game outcome, a delayed withdrawal, or a bonus ruling — you should follow the process outlined below.

28phjoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 28phjoy will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the 28phjoy platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 28phjoy platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
